  1.             DISK COPY PLUS is the professional version of DISK COPY FAST.
  2.             It includes all the features of DISK COPY FAST plus some 
  3.             advanced features.

  6.             To many people, large quantity diskette duplicating means that
  7.             you need to buy four-disk copier. Not so any more. With DISK 
  8.             COPY PLUS you can assemble two low-end 286 PCs each equipped 
  9.             with two floppy drives at much lower price and achieve much 
  10.             higher copying speed. Not only do You get higher productivity, 
  11.             but also that you get two computers instead of a special 
  12.             purpose machine.

  15.             DISK COPY PLUS is even better for you if you only need to copy
  16.             small quantity of the same source diskette every day. Consider
  17.             the low cost, incredibly high speed (see page 14-15 in 
  18.             DCF32.DOC) and other powerful features (explained later), DISK

  22.             One of the most powerful features of DISK COPY PLUS is 
  23.             customized hot keys. You define up to 10 hot keys according 
  24.             to your special needs.

  27.             A feature similar to hot keys but requiring no keystrokes is 
  28.             the AUTOEXEC feature. You define what DISK COPY PLUS should do 
  29.             automatically when you run the program, just like AUTOEXEC.BAT 
  30.             does when you reboot your computer.

  33.             For example, DISK COPY PLUS can be configured so that each 
  34.             time you type DCP at the DOS prompt it will read a image file, 
  35.             set up a serial number (explained later), define read/write 
  36.             options and then prompt for the target disk. You then insert 
  37.             the target into drive A:, close the door and it will start 
  38.             copying. You can use one drive only or you can alternate 
  39.             between two drives, if they both support the format of the 
  40.             image file (source disk).

  43.             Imagine. Just type DCP and change the diskette 100 times! That
  44.             is all you need to do to make 100 copies, each one double 
  45.             checked with a BYTE-BY-BYTE comparison to make sure they are 
  46.             identical to the original, except for the serial number. This 
  47.             high degree of automation means that you can save time for 
  48.             more creative work, or you can hire someone who knows nothing 
  49.             about computers to do the copying for you.

  57.             Another nice feature of DISK COPY PLUS is automatic serial 
  58.             number assignment. Some people like to change the disk serial 
  59.             number that DOS shows you when you use the DIR command. Other 
  60.             people like to imbed a unique serial number in their product 
  61.             so that whenever and wherever they see a copy of their product 
  62.             they know where it came from. DISK COPY PLUS allow you to do 
  63.             either or both types of these serial numbers. In addition, it 
  64.             provides other tools to help you find the right location for 
  65.             imbedding serial numbers and show you the imbedded serial 
  66.             number on any duplicated diskette. This feature can be done 
  67.             automatically using the hot keys or AUTOEXEC features.

  70.             DISK COPY PLUS also keeps track of serial number of EVERY 
  71.             image file for you so that you don't need to specify the
  72.             serial number each time you run the program. It also keeps
  73.             a log file for your diskette duplication. With a little
  74.             editing (you add the distributing destination) the log file
  75.             becomes a nice record of your diskette distribution.

  78.             For those who prefer imbedding serial number in individual 
  79.             files DISK COPY PLUS also comes with a utility program which 
  80.             helps you imbed a file or multiple files in a project. This 
  81.             utility also include the bookkeeping features so that Your 
  82.             work will be reduced to minimum.

  85.             The power of DISK COPY PLUS keeps growing. Starting from this
  86.             version, three more powerful commands are added.

  89.             The DIAG command checks boot sector, file allocation table 
  90.             (FAT) and directory structure and provides reports for diskette
  91.             usage and fragmentation.

  94.             The CONVERT command convert diskette image from one format to
  95.             another, so long as the data on original format can fit into
  96.             the new format. For example, a 1.44 MB disk can be converted to
  97.             360 KB diskette if the data on the 1.44 MB disk does not exceed
  98.             the total data space on a 360 KB diskette.

  101.             The DEFRAG command performs defragmentation on a diskette. It
  102.             does more than just sectors swapping. The entire diskette is
  103.             checked thoroughly for any possible way of compaction. The
  104.             result is a perfect with no waste of space and no fragmentation.

  108.             the contents of a diskette, image file or diskette loaded in 
  109.             memory.
